A wonderful and surprisingly spacious apartment right in the centre of Colyton. Everything has been fitted & maintained to a high standard, and we loved being such a short walk from everything in town. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Ideal position for exploring the area - easy walking distance to the tram to Seaton and lots of walks nearby. The property was clean and well appointed.
The only thing that was missing was bedside lights in the master bedroom. There were spots above the bed, but these were too bright.

Very practically laid out, well equipped kitchen, good private parking in the middle of the village and good WiFi too.
The very small basin in the small bedroom ensuite is not ideal. I found the bed and pillows too soft in the big bedroom, others will like.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and beds comfortable and located in a lovely small town. This was our second visit.
There was nothing we didn't like.
