Good location. Everything was mostly within a 15-30 minute walk. The place was very clean, bright, well maintained. I had a family of 5 (adults and teenagers) and comfortably accommodated everyone. The air conditioning was a plus for our stay in July. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away to stock up on food, drinks, and nespresso pods for the machine in the apartment. The apartment is within an inner court area, so you will not hear any street noise. I would definitely stay there again. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive through the Booking.com chat. There was a problem with the courtyard light and the host had someone over to repair it the next morning.

The showers are a bit small and tight. This is not a deal breaker, just not spacious to stretch your arms out.

This is a clean, comfortable, well-equipped, spacious house in a great location near the centre of Florence. Having the garden to enjoy a morning coffee was a highlight. Communication with the host was excellent and the checking in process was easy and efficient. We would stay again.

We liked everything.
