Very comfortable & the room smell so good

as malaysian , Not everyone is able to speak English fluently. Please consider having more staff who are fluent in Malay to assist customers, as it would make communication much easier and more comfortable for everyone

bilik sangat selesa..luas semua keperluan disediakan..ada keropok ada air tin dan air mineral semua free..berbaloi sebab semua dalam bilik sahaja..sangat puas hati dengan harga..sabun dan shompoo disediakan also wangi amat dan ada dijual juga..and i buy..

lantai bilik agak licin dan lantai bilik air juga licin

The room was very nice and the whole hotel was clean. The staff was kind.

The staff doesn't speak english well, so we had to constantly use google translate, but this is a minor issue. We booked a room with breakfast included, but between our booking and our stay they closed the restaurant. As a result, they offered us a pre-set menu (chicken burger, strange sandwiches, some kind of sweet bao, packaged fruits) without any choice on the dishes and with NO DRINK: not juice, not coffee, just the complimentary water that was already in the room. They should have warned us, we had the right to cancel our reservation. As a side note, electrical outlets were not working properly
