Generally very comfortable stay. Good location for getting to multiple National Trust properties, Legoland, etc. Owner very communicative and helpful over small issues.
Some kitchen items put away not clean by previous guest/not checked between guests. One of the bath towels left out was actually small, another one turned out to smell strongly of cigarette smoke. Suggest checking things over the day you arrive, so the host can help resolve. The bedrooms are small, with limited storage space if two people per room for more than a couple of days. There is noticeable noise from other flats in the block.
