Convenient location right in the heart of Annecy Le Vieux, with a beautiful balcony and view. The apartment is modern, spacious and comfortable with a nice living room area and open kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy with a lot more of closet space to place luggage and clothes. The apartment had a washer/dryer and a place to hang laundry outside on a small balcony. Staff is friendly and responsive, allowing us to check in early.
The bath tub didn’t quite match the newly renovated look of the rest of the apartment. Plenty of towels and toiletries though we were missing soap for the dishwasher. Both very minor given the great facilities!

Great location
Airy and light
Comfy beds
The shower was not consistent in temperature and had poor flow. A tv in the lounge would have been good

Great location! Has all the facilities as you would expect for a 'home'. The size of the apartment was just what we needed as a family of 4, and it felt safe (very secure building).
The apartment could have been better cleaned. Damp smell from the toilet. TV in one of the bedrooms (instead of the living area) made it difficult to watch a movie with the kids. Beds were too small, especially for my 6ft 4 partner. No blinds or curtains in the living room - felt exposed in the evenings!
