Die Lage ist superzentral in der Fußgängerzone und unweit vom Bahnhof. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief immer sehr schnell und problemlos. Die Schlüsselübergabe über den Schlüsselkasten und Code hat prima geklappt - es gab vom Vermieter im Vorfeld eine gute Anleitung dazu.

Es gab leider keine Duschhandtücher sondern pro Person nur ein kleines Handtuch. Das ist etwas dürftig. Die Halterung des Duschkopfes in der Dusche war leider defekt.

Eigentlich alles recht gut

Vielleicht mal neue Bett Wäsche damit mein ich nicht das sie dreckig war aber eher alt sehr oft benutzt

ACCESS: • Instructions and Access to the apt were awful and confusing and elements missing, causing much anxiety. It took over 30 mins to gain access and only helped by a person who used to work for the owner and who was reluctant at first to help but after our long drive they helped us with codes. • No entry code was given on instructions so we had a missing link and without the former employee we would never have been able to access! • Owner didn’t phone back when we tried to access him when we were anxious to get into apt. • No instructions left of how to exit the apt, so keys left on dining table for security and assumption that cleaner has their own key to access. • It would been nice to have a detailed local map of where to access the apt. behind shops esp as there were two buildings with same address. • Pedestrian precinct (Sulmerstrasse) and tram road (Hbf strasse) made vehicle access difficult for someone unaware of the city layout, not speaking German and coming from Kaiserstrasse. THE APT • Many of the items, and furniture had also seen better days. Old duvets, pillows and sheets (man-made fibres). • No instructions for coffee machine or was it not working?, no bin liners, no washing-up liquid but shower-gel was there instead! • Wi-fi number was wrong on instructions. • Lack of mirrors in the apt (just one in bathroom). • Bathroom smelt of mould - from Washing Machine or tumble dryer (full of old bedclothes)? Cleaning poor: Beer can found behind TV, hairs in bath, mould in shower, 2 empty plastic bottles still in kitchen. • 1 electric velux doesn’t work • Poor lighting arrangement upstairs • Upstairs wardrobe partly broken and screws lying about the shelf.
