The apartment itself is great, clean, well-equipped, and located in a very nice complex. The living conditions were excellent.
Beware of the management! Due to a technical glitch during booking, the children's ages were registered incorrectly. Upon arrival, the staff forced us to pay an extra 400 PLN on the spot. This was completely unjustified, as the apartment was already set up for 4 people (bedroom + sofa bed), no extra beds or meals were provided, and Booking's official rate for their actual ages was exactly the same. The owners refused to cooperate, but after escalating the issue to Booking Customer Service, the platform ruled the fee unlawful and refunded our money. Great property, but terrible and unfair management practices
