The property was really clean and accessible. It contains all the utilities and it was possible to make small breakfast, if you don’t want to keep on going somewhere to eat. The bathroom is also clean and contains all the necessities. The property is not for away from the city center and the cycle path is right there so I was biking or using electric scooter to commute. Overall the stay was please t and was exactly what I needed for the day full of sightseeing. The place could be a little more light maybe but that’s something out of owner’s power and didn’t bother me as I was out all day.
Nothing that I didn’t like.

The hotel is clean and the kitchen is functioning well. The hotel staff are friendly through WhatsApp.
Overall, it is still decent to stay here as this is a residential area of Madrid. You can see many people doing sports and walk the dogs.
If you are fine to climb the bed, it's fine.
The hotel is located in a residential area. It's not at the central city of Madrid. It's 2.5km to the city centre.
We tried to walk to the city centre on the first day. It took about 50 mins because this hotel is located at the downhill of the city. The city centre of Madrid is on a steep uphill area.
We have to take Uber or Bolt to the city centre, so it costs us more. Buses are available but you need to be familiar with the route. The supermarkets around this hotel closed at about 10:30pm, thus we need to take note of that.
If you need to go to the main train station or airport, you must feature in another 20 mins for your travelling time due to the distance and traffic.
There is not washing machine in the room.
