The location was fantastic and the facilities good.
The code to download the electronic key had been removed from the email and the lockbox code provided was incorrect. This took us over 2 hours and multiple engagements with Booking.com to enter the property. Additionally the phone number provided did not work with international phones, causing significant stress and frustration. Also, upon arrival the heat pumps wouldn't work until we were advised to reset the switch board which we had to do every 2 hours as otherwise the heatpumps cut out.

They dont put soap/gel, nor champoo, on the bathroom, and also there is no way to access the soap/gel or champoo from the bathtub
