Excelent location, smartly decorated, very clean ,super easy checkin, very reponsive staff, parking lot right across from the facility for a few euros.
The bathroom is not designed well it flods when you take shower, there is no shelf to put toileteries.

Right at the centre of Xanthi, the room was spacious, clean, nicely renovated, with comfortable beds and excellent shower facilities. I would high recommended and it will be my first choice when I came back,
