Great lil studio, adequate fans, fridge, great value, quiet location, comfiest beds ever
A bit far out of town, near Les agnettes station
Great shops very nearby
Not much privacy and bathroom door is kinda weird, a clear window facing the toilet with a blind that doesn't cover the whole thing and no door handle. If I was the owner I would just put paper over the whole window because you can see through from the downstairs bed
So better for a solo traveller or friends that don't mind a lack of privacy

Room had a very large screen tv, cooktop, kettle , coffee maker and microwave as well as a sink. And a cute table and chairs for dining. Mini fridge included as well as kitchen accoutrements. Great shower in the on suite. Perfect blackout curtains for tired travelers. Super comfortable large beds with bedding and towels included. Host was very welcoming when we met him.
The ladder to the upper bed felt a bit scary for a woman my age at night but was manageable. A small stairs would be better.
The bathroom could use a better privacy screen for the door but what was there was better than having no screen.

Excellent location for visiting Paris attractions. Lovely quiet street. Easy access to property and no chance of mislaying keys. Beds very comfortable and huge TV. Cosy little apartment!
Bit too hot sometimes, couldn't seem to adjust temperature and no normal sized cups/mugs for tea.
