Great amazing stay especially if u have teenagers or young adults stuff to do inside and out. HOST also is amazing, friendly, communication was detailed and easy to go back and forth with they were very attentive to whatever we needed.

The host was extremely responsive to my question’s and the property is very close, within walking distance, to the Coliseum. My son loved the big game room!

Our kids loved the game room for fun and a pizza movie night!

The location to downtown was great for us and what all we were wanting to do. Our impression was that the listing wasn’t quite as described/pictured. The game room isn’t connected easily to the main house, you have to walk around through outside to get to it, which didn’t vibe super well with the ease of togetherness we were going for. And for parents of little ones, I cannot imagine this would be ideal. The game room definitely needs a deep clean and countless blinds throughout the house are broken and just hanging there in pieces. We also saw countless spiders in the house and had to rewash all the dishes due to leftover food grime. It just gave it a weird, disappointing feel and didn’t seem to match the property pictures well. There is no Nintendo game system as pictured. We had to hunt for extra sheets as they were not where we were told they would be. It was a bit of a disappointment overall but for what we needed it for, we were ok with it. It’s definitely not as clean as pictured and the house is in need of several repairs…some moldy/discolored ceiling spots in bathroom definitely need addressing. The beds were comfy and the house stayed nice and cool in the heat. The kids enjoyed playing pool and the arcade games. I don’t think I would have been open to paying as much as we did had we had a more accurate picture. The host was responsive before and during check in and when we asked about the lack of Nintendo system, but no compensation was offered.
