Everything was literally perfect! Exceptional cleanliness, amazing location, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. It truly felt like home—I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I spent nearly two weeks in the 2-bedroom apartment. Johannes is a kind and responsive host who met us at the property and even assisted us with the luggage. The unit is huge--and looks just as good in person as it does in the photos. It is at a prime location on Ludwigstrasse near a lot of great restaurants. It was an easy and scenic 20-minute walk to the train station, which enabled us to take public transport to Oktoberfest and the Zugspritze. We were an hour by car to Neuschwanstein and Innsbruck. The host provides a private parking space behind the building. So this is a great home base to see southern Bavaria and parts of the Austrian Tyrol. Everything in the apartment was modern and clean. The host Johannes even provided welcome and goodbye baskets filled with items from his Bio Market on the ground floor.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was great.

What a beautiful location. Ground floor apartment was do convenient. It’s in the heart of the town. Excellent location. Private parking is such a big plus. There’s a wall between grocery store and the apartment. Only a stone throw away. I would stay here without a question again. The owner is super supportive. And had welcome gift and a farewell gift. Apartment had all the amenities. We stayed with an 18 month old and it was excellent.
