For a longer stay, this is everything a solo or couple traveling would need, at a great rate. The apartment building had an elevator with enough room to fit all baggage one or two people may have. It also came stocked with the amenities one would expect from a hotel, which was nice. Instructions in English were translated well enough that it was easy to follow. They do provide the soap with the washer, and it smells good and works well on the clothing. 2 sets of dishes are also provided, and the microwave makes it convenient if you need to run across the street to the 7 eleven to get dinner. They also have a rare amenity in Japan - 2 large (45l) trash bins in the apartment! All the house rules are reasonable too, nothing in there is unexpected or inconvenient.

Not the apartment's fault, but the Google Maps location data is slightly off, and there's a "Royal Nishinakajima" close by that's easy to mistake. The dead giveaway is the blue awnings in the Google Maps images, and knowing from that picture that the entrance is on the side, not in front. As with pretty much everything in Japan, this is NOT a western sized apartment, and you need to go in expecting such. I didn't have problems with this, but I can easily see a plus-sized American having a difficult time, so if you are on the larger side, this may not be the right one for you. For someone 6 ft tall and of average weight, you can handle fine though. Of note with the washer, there is no dryer, and if the weather is not good for drying clothes outside (as it was during my stay, rain every day), you will have to get creative with the towels, air conditioner, and hair dryer to get the job finished. The washlet also doesn't have a dry function, so you do need a bit extra effort there too to clean up.

Bien placé, confortable, spacieux, pas trop compliqué, gérants très réactifs bien qu'à distance (pas de comptoir d'hôtel).

La propreté était bonne mais pas parfaite. Les prix du ménage est élevé pour un court séjour : mieux vaut rester plusieurs jours, je présume.

安くて綺麗です

12時まで延長したいと伝えたら清掃のスタッフが11時に来ており、12時まで延長と伝えましたと言ったら、中国人で中国語で激しく怒鳴られました。

L’emplacement proche des transports communs (5 minutes à pied du métro), et dans un quartier sympa avec restaurants, 7 Eleven et petit supermarché (Gourmet city) à 5 minutes. Logement plutôt bien équipé et confortable, bien que la télé située dans un coin est inutile et prend de la place avec le meuble coincé derrière la table de cuisine. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont équipés pour le quotidien et faire une machine à laver le linge. Petit plus pour la vue sur les immeubles d’Osaka, aussi sympa de jour que de nuit.

Le vitrage simple et la proximité avec le boulevard. Le bruit est impossible, c’est la première fois que j’ai du acheter des bouchons d’oreille en voyage. Assez difficile de recaler son sommeil avec le décalage horaire et le bruit des voitures, trains et alarme de police.
