I liked the lovely gardens and the calm energy of the entire surroundings. Did not have to leave the property for meals, so the entire stay remained pleasant and calming.
Perhaps the bathroom needed upgrading, had a view of a building site right outside the window.

The hotel is beautiful but old.
The staff were friendly.
The outside area is really pretty. The rooms are very spacious.
I had requested via email for our rooms to be next to each other. They could not accommodate us. They said they did not get the email.
Our rooms were not cleaned by 2pm! There was only one lady servicing all the rooms!
The towels are very thin and old. No bath sheets.
Biggest disappointment was that I had booked the hotel for the breakfast which was advertised as halal. It is not halal.
