Stayed here for a couple night for the Bristol NASCAR Race. Host responded quickly with any questions we had. Easy to find. House was clean. Bedrooms and living room were comfortable. Wifi was excellent. We didn't get to do too much, since we mainly spent the nights there, but we enjoyed spending time at the house. House is close to different restaurants. If we ever come back to Bristol, we will definitely choose this place to stay.
Can't think of anything that we didn't like. Everything met out expectations during our stay.

The home was very comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect place for our visit with my son who lives in Kingsport. The host was fantastic and the neighborhood was very safe. Conveniently located near groceries and restaurants. The price was very affordable. We really enjoyed the front porch.

Lovely 3 bedrooms and nice to have a dishwasher. Pretty roses and irises.

Owners were very communicative. They sent codes before check-in. Allowed us to enter early. Helped to set up the WiFi by calling us. The neighborhood was quiet. There was a Walmart within 5 minutes drive. There was a front and back porch. Rooms were well-lit. The kitchen was good, and there were pots and pans, a fridge, a microwave, a cooktop, etc. There were multiple TVs, a sofa in the living room, and a dining table with 6 chairs.
1 bathroom for 5 people was a problem for us. Frying pans were old and in bad shape. Dishwashing pods were only 2. The towel hanger ring over the washbasin was coming out of the wall. Creeky floors. No electric kettle. The city and the neighbourhood itself looked run-down and poor.
