The position is close to Swoyambhu temple, in a very quiet place. The room is big enough and confortable. The host and her family are super nice, they welcomed me as a member of their family and helped me a lot for every needs. Strongly suggested.
The kitchen can be improved with a boiler and/or a cooking plate, but it is ok.

The host is very friendly and she tries to help you in everything. She and her family host me in a private punja during my stay there, it was a wonderful experience. The room is quite clean and the position of the home stay is in a quiet area (it was nice for me be a bit far from the noisy streets of the center of Kathmandu, sleep is easier!). Moreover, the Swayambhunath temple is incredibly close and the area is rich of nice places where eat something good.
The toilet and the kitchen can be improved a little bit but they are however ok.
