The place is amazing, very safe, beautifully maintained, and has a fantastic view. The location is also perfect close to everything, with restaurants, shops, and the main attractions all within easy walking distance.
A special thank you to Andrea, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. He helped us with everything we needed and even took our luggage to the room, which we really appreciated after traveling. His hospitality truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
The breakfast was also delicious, with a great selection and a lovely atmosphere to start the day.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Sorrento. Great location, beautiful views, delicious breakfast, and especially amazing hospitality from Andrea and the team.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ambasciata Sorrento Relais

Nothing at all!

Everything was fantastic! Nice breakfast delivered in the room. The room itself (Excelsior Room) had two balconies facing the central square and another street, with partial ocean view on both balconies!
The only little thing to mention was that the AC seemed quite weak. But since you could open two separate balcony-doors, I was able to get a nice draught going.

this place is extremely well located, directly on the piazza. The room was exceptionally large, including a good-sized ante room and large bathroom. The staff were friendly.
The room was very sparsely decorated. There is no lift and quite a few stairs to climb.
Based on the rates we paid at half dozen other nice hotels in the area, this place is significantly over-priced. The "value for money" was quite low.
