L’host da subito si è mostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste e i nostri dubbi, la struttura inoltre si trova in una zona centrale vicino a tutto anche facilmente a piedi, triplo portone di ingresso in un palazzo estremamente sicuro. Pulizia ottimale e servizio eccellente, ritorneremo sicuramente per un weekend modenese! super soddisfatti

Mancavano le pentole, letteralmente l unica pecca!

Bell'appartamento, sapientemente ristrutturato: bellissimi i pavimenti in cotto originale e le travi a vista. Posizione strategica proprio all'imbocco della ZTL: lasciando l'auto nei parcheggi a strisce blu del prospicente viale alberato, si può comodamente visitare tutto il centro di Modena a piedi, con i suoi monumenti, musei e ristoranti. Cucina discretamente attrezzata. Comodi i letti e buona la qualità del sonno grazie alla tranquillità della zona e alla discreta insonorizzazione dell'appartamento.

Avere a disposizione una macchina del caffè, ma non trovare nemmeno una o due cialde "omaggio" è stata una piccola delusione. Dalla finestra della zona giorno vicino al locale lavanderia si percepiva un fastidioso odore di deiezioni di gatti, probabilmente provenienti dal cortiletto esterno.

De check-in online op voorhand verliep omslachtiger dan zou moeten en ook de feitelijke check-in was niet probleemloos. Gelukkig konden we telkens terugvallen op de directe ondersteuning, hetzij via de chat op de Bookingsite, hetzij telefonisch.

The apartment is nicely renovated, but it feels a bit like living in a basement. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. The location is very good.

Replies to the owner: What you're writing is not true; we left the room completely clean. Regarding the moldy bedding, you exchanged messages with me and suggested you'd buy new ones. I'll send screenshots of the messages to anyone interested. I don't recommend this accommodation. There is a lack of basic amenities such as mugs, glasses, coffee, and tea. When we asked where we could find them, we were told that they were not provided because guests used to steal them too often. My rating is mainly influenced by the cleanliness of the bedding and towels. When we arrived at the apartment, the washing machine and dryer were running. No staff member took care of it for three days. The smell of the towels and bedding we were given suggested that this might be their standard practice.There is mold covering the entire wall in the utility room.
