Casa Valentina Hanoi Hotel

Everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, ATMs, spa’s and bars were great around the hotel. Staff were awesome

Our 4 day stay at casa valentina with family exceeded all our expectations. All our rooms were large and street facing. The location is right in the Old Quarters, a few minutes walk from all the places to see and shop! The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Jimmy and Elina. They even helped us book excursions and transport at competitive rates. They were always ready to help and guide me with a smile! The housekeeping staff was also too good. We would always return to super clean, fresh smelling rooms! The breakfast was tasty and ample too. I can, without hesitation, recommend this place for an excellent stay in Hanoi.

The noise! It's so loud that I cannot get any sleep at all. There's so much noise from the street. I've had better sleep at party hostels. Right now it feels like sleeping with the door open to the balcony facing the street. The door needs to be sealed with weathering strips. Came here as a group and not one of us could enjoy the room with all the honking cars and motorbike outside. Also this "free upgrade" is not really an upgrade. Having a balcony on the 2nd floor closer to the street noise and an extra twin size bed is pointless for guests of 2. Don't sell me bullsht and tell me it's gold. They will also harass you if you leave a bad review, and continue asking for a 5 star review.
