Location is right on the beach, the whole property is only 3 rooms, good and sufficient for 2 PPL only. Few things: Small sit out, no TV, room is just as much needed.

Amazing Location and walkable distance to temple

The property is infornt of the beach around 600 meters from the entrace to the temple. The room was clean, AC was perfect, the wash room was clean, i had a smooth check in. you can sit in the balcony and look at the huge Shiva statue and the Gopuram of the temple which is a great sight. You can walk to the temple also. There are some good spots to have food right in front of the temple. If you want to step on to the beach it is even nearer as you are right on the beach. I was given a kettle for hot water. teh wash room had a geyser. The propety provided some phone number if you wish to order food as there was no restaurant attached to the property. They did everything to make me feel comfortable. I took auto from the railway station to reach the property and paid 120 rupees (this is in Aug 2026). I took state transport bus to Kumta when I left and I walked to the bus station the owner was so sweet that he offered to drop me on a scooter but i preferred to walk. I will stay here again.

I have no comments, I was happy with everything.

Bathroom was very hygienic

Bedsheets has stain marks,,but as it's near ocean shore has bugs ,roof top is not standard it will damage if strong wind comes ,not suitable for family
