Clean and compact, very close to train station

Good central location in Rome, within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars and the main attractions. The location was definitely the best part of the stay and made getting around the city very convenient.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was quite poor. There was a very strong musty/damp smell throughout our stay which made the room unpleasant to come back to. The room was also not cleaned once during our four-night stay, with no general housekeeping carried out. For the price and the standard we expected from the property, the overall cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing.
