We had no contact in person with the host, but he was very responsive in the on-line chat and helpful when we had questions. The host also provided descriptions and videos about the accommodation and the parking that were useful. La Chouette was spacious, very well equipped and had all the necessary items required for a convenient stay. Its location - at the very fringe of the old town - was the main asset of the appartment. Most of the key places of interest were within walking distance and could easily be reached within five to ten minutes. In addition, there are also many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The appartment is on the second floor and there is no lift. Travelling with a two year old toddler, it was a bit laborious to carry the pushchair and the luggage up to the second floor.

Sehr gute, schön ausgestattete Wohnung

Fijne locatie. Je loopt zo het centrum in, waar zowel veel goede horeca zit als meerdere prachtige gebouwen uit vorige tijdperken. Het gebouw zelf betreft een pand van goede kwaliteit en een voornamelijk ingetogen bouwstijl, waarbij hoogstaande materialen zijn gebruikt. Het heeft dikke muren, hetgeen fijn is qua leefklimaat. De keuken is van goede kwaliteit. Mooie parketvloer. Mooie ramen aan beide zijden, waardoor het doortochten goed gaat. Volop verlichting. Mooie boom voor de deur. Redelijk mooi trappenhuis.

Geen brandblusser. Volgens mij ook geen alternatieve vluchtroute. Kleine badkamer en toilet. Ramen achterzijde zonder valbescherming (pas op kinderen). Plafond boven douche bladert verf. Barkrukken hebben simpel onderhoud nodig. Vlekken op de (textiel) bank. Eenvoudige bedden (slaapt matig). Als je niet tegen verkeerslawaai kan, dan zijn 2 van de 3 slaapkamers niet zo geschikt voor je (in de zomer), tot diep in de nacht hoor je sportieve auto's en motoren. Zelf vind ik dat niet zo erg. De te huren parkeerplaats is diep onder de grond en ziet er niet verzorgd uit. Een desolate plek (de te huren parkeergarage). Beter eerst even één dagje testen, voordat je alle dagen huurt.

Die zentrale Lage und die Geräumigkeit der Wohnung. Dann liegt die Unterkunft nahe beim Bahnhof und ist darum ideal für Bahnreisende.
