quiet with a nice residential garden view, great location, private parking space at underground level of the building

Excellent conditions!
Parking & Access: Super easy check-in. The parking is secured with a barrier and sheltered, keeping the car safe from bad weather.
Interior: Very spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.
Exterior: The balcony is large and offers great extra space. We had a wonderful stay!
Some young fellows (probably form high school) come behind the building to consume drugs and alcohol and this may be sometimes disturbing due to the noise they make.
