Pan Pacific Jakarta

Musique beaucoup trop forte

A really lovely, modern hotel situated in the heart of Central Jakarta. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with amazing views across the city. The Dukuh Atas BNI MRT station is only a short walk from the hotel, making it really easy to explore the city, including areas such as Blok M. Both Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia shopping malls are also within a 10 minute walk. Our flight into Jakarta was delayed, and communication with the hotel was excellent throughout, especially as our arrival time kept changing. We were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary, and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay feel extra special. Every member of staff we encountered, from the reception team to the porters and the staff at the entrance, were brilliant and made us feel incredibly welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Pan Pacific Jakarta to anyone visiting the city. We would happily stay here again!

The staff's conduct is excellent.

They gave us a truly wonderful surprise for our wedding and honeymoon! ❤️🫶🏻🫶🏻

Everything! The location, the view, the special attentions, the fabulous staff, the Eden bar and the succulent breakfast!

Nothing comes to mind
