Loved the traditional room, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Free access to the public baths directly opposite was a great experience. Great breakfast options in the morning.
Nothing to complain about.

Lovely property, comfortable rooms, staff super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Japanese style buffet breakfast. Being able to use the (tattoo friendly) local onsen over the road was great.

Great location to catch a bus to anywhere in Kyoto without being in a very busy area. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet style breakfast with several options.
Wish we could have opened the exterior window.
