Very beautiful home in the mountains.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 adults and 5 children in this cabin and there was plenty of room! With the pool, air hockey and pool table available, the kids were always occupied. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to add safety bars in the showers. Thanks for helping us make some great memories.

Clean cabin, pool and hot tub warm/hot, easy to access. Plenty of towels, but pretty basic. Some of the upstairs bedrooms had a fitted sheet, but no top sheet, so we had to make those beds up when we arrived.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is beautiful; however, the housekeeping was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we found stains on the beds and comforters. There was hair and small black debris in the king beds upstairs, and the queen beds had the wrong-sized sheets. On the front porch, the pillows were falling over, and the table appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time.In the downstairs game room, a rug and pillow had been left on the floor. The outdoor areas were also dirty, with mismatched chair cushions and several missing pillows. The main outdoor chair was especially dirty underneath the cushions. When I called to report these issues, I waited several hours before anyone arrived. The housekeeping service initially claimed they had already been there and told me they would return later. When they finally arrived, one of the housekeepers brought a 10-year-old child to help clean and translate. I had to stop the child from cleaning and contact the company to express my concerns, as I was uncomfortable being involved in breaking child labor.Unfortunately, I spent the first day of my vacation waiting for the cabin to be cleaned and even helping with the cleaning myself. While the property has great potential and is located in a beautiful setting, the poor housekeeping and lack of timely customer service greatly impacted our stay.
