Pool. Room.
I understand it was St Francis's Day of passing, yet we tried to get a taxi to the train station 2 hours before departure. We managed to get one and made the train by 2 minutes. Despite this, we asked and offered to pay the owner 60 euro for a lift. She said she doesn't offer this service. We paid 65 euro $110 AUD twice to get to the old town Assisi.. F#cking ridiculous. We walked twice to the shops 6km round trip with baggage. Too far from town. Hire a car or stay in the old town.

Extremely welcoming hosts. We stayed in an apartment where we didn't have any issues with the size (2 adults + 3 kids). If you are planning to visit Assisi with car, just go here, it is about 15 minutes by car easily to Assisi parking place. We enjoyed swimming pool with our kids. There are also animals our kids liked. We were surprised by the breakfast where we received 5 croissants and 5 eggs every day even though we haven't bought the stay with breakfast - it was very nice.
Everything was just perfect. There was really nothing to complain about. Just go there and enjoy your stay.
