The refreshing scent of cedar in the room was what I liked best! The balcony was perfect for chatting and drining coffee on days when we didn't have to do hikes. The bath in the room was also fantastic - again, the smell of cedar plus the window looking outside made for a relaxing bath. I can feel the owners' love for Yakushima through the details in the accommodation and how they made the room feel warm and cozy, but also close to nature.
Great convenient location too, close to a large supermarket and small izakayas. This part of the island has more restaurants so more places also accept card payments so we were lucky.
Nothing!

価格とスタッフ、宮浦港から近い
悪食わないけど、宿泊前にどの部屋か教えて欲しかったです。ホームページのものと間違えて期待し過ぎてました。

The staff were super friendly and kind. The shower pressure was great.
There was no kitchenette, no microwave, no shared kitchen or food preparation area, the room was too small, and the beds were uncomfortable.
