Jacques picked us up from the airport, even when our flight was delayed, and customs took at least an hour. Latest check in was supposed to be at 11pm, but we didn't get to the apartment until around 12:30a.m and he still waited for us and showed us the amenities of the place before leaving. He also assisted us with taxi numbers when my mom and I were having problems getting one while there was a rugby event in town. Really appreciated his services! Really nice man! The apartment is only about 7 minutes from the market and plaza for shopping, which was nice. Excellent view!
We opted to have the doors and windows open 24 hours so we got bitten by mosquitoes.. our problem for not using the a.c and opening the doors though, not theirs lol.

A beautiful spacious apartment overlooking Papeete. Jacques met us and showed us through the apartment and was very friendly and hospitable. You do need a car but taxis will pick up and drop off as well.
Everything on TV was in French and even when we changed to English in settings it didn't work and the same with changing the language in Netflix it still was French. Luckily we had a laptop so was able to watch something on there.So maybe some instructions for future guests on how to do this would be helpful in the guide.

The apartment was spacious and the views were amazing. It has everything you need.
You need a PowerPoint in the bathroom.
