It was in a good location, getting in can be tricky the first time as it's confusing how to get in or secure the car underground. But otherwise car is secure and it's a lovely flat. Owner responded really fast.

We enjoyed our stay overall. What we liked most was the easy access to Paris, with the train station within walking distance. There is also a convenient store right next to the apartment building, which was very useful. The area is quiet and feels safe and secure, and the owner was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
There were a couple of issues, however. When we first arrived, there was a strong vinegar-like smell in the apartment, presumably from cleaning. Although it was nice to know the apartment had been cleaned, the smell was quite strong at the time and took a while to dissipate.
On our last day, we also noticed that there was no cold water available. As a result, we were unable to flush toilet and take a shower before our departure at 11:00.
Overall, we appreciated the convenient location, quiet and secure area, and the owner's responsiveness, but the water issue on our final morning was disappointing.

Dobra lokalizacja, łatwy dostęp do lokalu, blisko do stacji kolei. Blisko do dużego hipermarketu. W obiekcie wszystko czego potrzeba, również do samodzielnego przyrządzania posiłków. Łóżka wygodne. Garaż ok, wystarczający dla pojazdu wielkości SUV. Opis lokalu zgodny ze stanem faktycznym.
Jedyne, czego mogę się przyczepić to brakowało mi porządnych noży kuchennych co nie znaczy, że ich nie ma wcale, ale właściciel mógłby przynajmniej co jakiś czas naostrzyć to co jest. Kaucja zwrócona choć musiałem się upomnieć.
