Medina Oasis Hostel

The host was exceptional, the other guests were lovely and the price is excellent of course.

comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Marrakech. The staff were exceptional from the very beginning (Shout out to Amin and Badr) always helpful, kind, and polite. They made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay, and they were also very happy to share information about the local culture and the city, which made our experience even more special. The hostel was always very clean, including the bathrooms and showers. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared every day, and the tea was absolutely wonderful. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nothing

It was super clean

Unfortunately, I need to report a serious concern about my stay. A staff member named Badr followed me outside the hostel, asked for my phone number (which I refused), and later contacted me using my personal information from my Booking reservation without my consent. He also made unwanted advances and grabbed my hand without permission. I did not feel safe and decided to leave the hostel one night earlier. This represents a serious breach of privacy and professional conduct. I hope management takes appropriate action to protect future guests.
