Tolle Lage. Ruhig mit schöner Aussicht. Sehr geräumig. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight. Alles wie auf den Bildern. Eine solide Wahl.

Etwas mehr liebe zum Detail würde gut tun. Sauberkeit, insbesondere auf der Terrasse. Kein Lift (für uns nicht relevant). Für das Prädikat „Luxus“ erwartet man diese Dinge.

This appartment could be amazing . The bare bones of it are beautiful…old stone steps lead you up several floors to the top floor , it’s spacious , airy and the views from the terrace are lovely .

We were disappointed that there is no effort to make the appartment fit its title (and price ) of “luxury”. Double bedroom - broken sliding door on wardrobe so it’s stuck in its position making wardrobe largely inaccessible . This is not a new problem as others have mentioned this previously. Twin bedroom - one bedside light , zero storage for clothes Lounge - sofa old and stained ( yuck ) Terrace - mouldy walls, 2 planters with completely dead plants in them. No effort to make this area nice . Kitchen - coffee machine no one can use ( as previously mentioned by other reviewers) as no pods left except pods that do not fit machine , and it seems no previous reviewers have managed to find the right size pods in surrounding shops . Appartment sleeps 4, we were left 2 wine glasses and 3 mugs . We had to clean 2 mugs which were stained and dirty. Old torn fly screens on several windows . On our arrival air conditioning not working - no instructions left in appartment so had to contact owner. We had to locate fuse box and reset air con. First morning no hot water…. again had to contact owner, then follow instructions that evening to enter boiler room and adjust the pressure of the boiler . This eventually solved the issue , but I was unimpressed that these things were not checked and set correctly prior to our arrival. I did not expect to spend 30 mins in a hot boiler room resetting a boiler in an appartment I’ve paid a lot of money to stay in , especially when we were in Venice for less than 48 hours.

Absolutely wonderful ! Just as described would definitely 100% recommend. Carlo was very helpful.

Clean, quiet, cool and good location.

Definitely not "luxury". Hasn't been updated in a while.... only seating for three in living room, ad stated there was a washer ... instead only a dishwasher with no tabs. Balcony needs cleaning and comfortable seating.
