Wspaniały hotel - ten pobyt nie był moim pierwszym pobytem w tym obiekcie ale nie wiem czy jeszcze wrócę.

Obsługa na recepcji jakby za karę siedziała

There was a young girl at the breakfast area. She was very nice and pleasant. Our last day we had to leave at 7:00am so she told us she would get breakfast started a bit early that day. She did and sent us off with our bellies full. Please thank her for her excellent customer service skills.

It was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The waitresses were very helpful and friendly.

On arrival, we were told that there was a charge for parking….£10 for one night. We decided to eat in the restaurant that evening. The waiter was very abrupt and not very helpful. Portions of food were small, and very expensive. We had chosen this hotel as it looked as though it was in a quiet area of the city. The room was OK, but there did not appear to be any air conditioning and it was too hot to sleep. Lorry movement started in the early hours, as a very large market was established next to the hotel overnight. It was at the side of our room. Opening windows was not an option. Lorry movement was not conducive to sleep either.
