Very nice place, cosy, enough space for 2 people, small kitchen with plates, cups, etc. Perfect place for this price! The host was in touch all the time in messenger. The apartment is close to everything and has a bakery and good restaurants next door :) The bed was comfortable, shower/toilet were working with no issues. Nice view from the window as well!
Some builders were working on the street starting from 7am, it was loud :( In general the street is loud, in the evening as well. And you have to take stairs to get to the apartment. None of these was a problem for us, but just keep it in mind when planning your stay. You also have to pick up keys at the pickup point, it's 7 minutes walk from the apartment.

Location location, Location... but A/C not working, it was Smoked Area (it does not say that in the features)so the cigarrete smelling too strong, bed was not so much comfortable . I Think with the price you paid this issues could be fixed.
Bad Smoked smell specially in the nights and No air conditioning.. it was terrible
