No problems at all and very pleasant hosts
Kitchen facilities are slightly lacking.

Spacious rooms and living area with 2 bathrooms and nice to have a veranda to sit out for meals ( we had the downstairs apartment with the red kitchen in the photos) . Air con in every room ( unusual in Albania)
Location - on the outskirts of town in a run down area up a hill , with no shops/ restaurants close by-a good 25min walk to the main part of Sarande . The beds were b hard and uncomfortable . The manager was quite rude and after saying that we could let him know in a few days when we had the cash to pay for our stay ( cash payments for accommodation needed in most places in Albania) then texted us the following day saying that the rule was payment asap and that he was at the property waiting ( we were out for the day) so we had to go back to pay him .

"The pictures do not do the property justice, extremely spacious with two kitchens, communal areas, and a balcony. Easily accessible to the port and bus stands."
