Kritamo Beach Hotel Apartments

The location is definitely the biggest advantage of this apartment. It has access to a lovely beach, which is a huge plus, as most of the beaches along Nissi Avenue are not as nice. The beach here is perfectly fine and enjoyable, and the famous Nissi Beach is also not far away. The apartment was clean, the pool as well, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even the maintenance staff member was exceptionally kind and pleasant. Another big plus is the supermarket right next to the property. It is well stocked. However, keep in mind that the selection of fresh bread, fruit, and vegetables is quite limited. In general, we found that supermarkets in Ayia Napa and the surrounding area tend to focus more on canned food, with fewer options for fresh produce and healthier groceries.

The furniture is a little outdated and could use an update. The kitchen is missing utensils, and it would be great to have a coffee machine, whether Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, or a similar option. The beds were okay, but the pillows were uncomfortable. Insect screens on the windows would also be a great addition, allowing guests to leave the windows open at night without worrying about insects or stray animals getting inside. Overall, the location is the property’s strongest point, and with a few improvements, the stay could be even better.

Удачное место расположения. Апартаменты находятся между двумя пляжами(нужны аквашузы, берег немного каменистый). Море чудесное. Персонал приветливый, отвечает на все вопросы, даёт советы что и где находится. При встрече в номере меня ждал комплимент: бутылка вина, бутылка воды, чай, кофе, сахар, сливки и фрукты. Это просто замечательно. Номера не евростилизации, но всё аккуратное. Удобная кровать, матрац и подушки, есть лёгкое одеяло. Уборка каждый день. Полотенца в номере меняют каждый день, каждый день выдают пляжные полотенца. В ванной есть гель для душа и мыло для рук. В кухне есть всё, что нужно: набор необходимой посуды и даже губки и средство для посуды. Кондиционеры работают. На территории есть бассейн, он всегда чистый , вокруг него достаточное количество лежаков. Я очень довольна отдыхом. Спасибо всем, кто организовывает комфорт для отдыхающих. Отдельная благодарность Галине и Александру, они ответил на миллион моих вопросов.

Не понравилось, что время пролетело очень быстро, а в отеле так комфортно и хорошо, что не хотелось уезжать.

On the very first day, when we checked in, I noticed sand on the toilet, which made me feel like it hadn't been cleaned properly. One set of towels also had a very unpleasant smell. The most upsetting experience was when we returned to the accommodation late one evening around 10:00 PM and found the balcony door and windows wide open. We were staying on the ground floor, and since you can easily enter through the balcony, this felt especially unsafe. I believe the cleaner may have left them open by mistake, but it was quite alarming—especially since there’s no gate, and anyone could potentially enter. I had my MacBook on the table at the time, which made me feel very unsafe. After that incident, we declined any further cleaning services. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. If someone is planning to work remotely from here, I strongly recommend getting an eSIM with mobile data—otherwise, it’s nearly impossible to stay connected. Note that there is no pool bar around the pool.
