The room was fabulous in a beautiful countryside setting with the absolute added bonus of a bedside view of the horse in the adjacent stable though the internal stable…a winner for our teenager daughter! Room was well thought out with plenty of storage, the kitchenette was perfect and communication with the host great. A really fabulous place to stay.
The location for us was stunning nestled into fields and hills and a lovely walk into Exeter but for some it might be a little remote.

The property was exactly what I’d hoped for; a chance to stay on a stable yard, the apartment was clean, welcoming and beautifully presented.
I struggled to find the property (my fault, I hadn’t read the email properly and when I did there was all the information I need the yard name and what 3 words etc)
I messaged prior to arriving as our arrival time had changed slightly and after we left the property, all communication was polite, courteous and friendly.
This was a solo trip myself and my 5yr daughter, I was anxious but I would happily return to this accommodation and host.
I’m not used to the hills or single track lane and taking my galaxy was rather hair raising, it tested my driving skill.
Slightly clearer signage prior to property, as I was worried I was on someone’s private driveway or going to get myself stuck out in the middle of nowhere.

The property advertises it as "sleep next to a horse" there was a window and a stable next to us, but no horse! Sleep next to a stable wasn't what we expected.
