Lots of space for our family of 9 although some of the beds had old uncomfortable mattresses. The indoor pool was a special treat. Our entire family spent lots of time in the water and a large hot tub was heaven. The kitchen was equipped with anything we needed and there was great coffee for us to use. Unfortunately there was not much kitchen counter space so it was hard to prep for meals. In addition, we were surprised that the only table to dine on was a super high bar counter with only 6 lower counter height chairs. For a house that "can sleep up to 13 people" you would have thought to have at least a dining table with heights for children. Even a small foldup table would have been helpful. In addition, we had planned to use the grill for one night and found it hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time. Grease had been dripping out of the container and onto the patio. It was filthy. Our adult son took it upon himself to clean it and then found that the 2 propane bottles were empty. So we went in search to buy a tank for 30.00. Then we found out that the grill didn't work very well so we had to finish "grilling" the burgers on the kitchen stove. We liked the location and made due but won't be back.

Overall a great stay. Hopefully we will have the chance to come back again. Relaxing private and quite.

Comfortable and felt private. Host very responsive.

House was great and as advertised
