The host Natalia is very caring and nice person. She was in touch whenever we needed. The apartment has everything you might need for a stay: quiet AC, good internet, fully equipped kitchen, no problems with hot water in the shower. The location is just great, and the courtyard is very quiet and cosy.
You can hear the neighbors living their life upstairs :) But it's just the way old houses in Tbilisi built, nothing can be done about it.

There was everything that a tourist might need and the location was prime near to a lot of good restaurants and Fabrika. The possibility to park in the courtyard is priceless

Perfect place to stay, ideal location and wonderful hostess.
The appartment is large and protected from the heat of the outside city. 1 minute from Fabrika and a lot of shops.
Hostess has been very reactive, very helpufl, could not ask for more !
