Very clean and nice property. Perfect location in the heart of Yerevan. The host was a very nice and polite man.
The bedrooms were only 2 instead of 3 as listed in the description. This was quite uncomfortable for us, since we were 7 people and 3 of us had to sleep in the living room on the sofa. Our original idea when searching for properties was explicitly to rent one with 3 bedrooms and a separate living room (3 pairs and 1 person who would sleep in the living room) and since the description states that the bedrooms are 3 we rented it. This turned out to be untrue and a bit of a disappointment and discomfort. But overall, we managed to have a good time in Armenia.
