We felt the cleaner should have told the owners that the loo seat had a chip in the middle of it which was raised up & needs replacing.
The bathroom window needs attention.
The door leading to the second bedroom & bathroom wouldn't open & required a carpenter /handyman to come & remove the handle so we could get through
leaving it open with a door stop.
The owner was very helpful & friendly when told him & sent the carpenter over quickly to sort it out.
We felt the cleaner should inform the owner's when things are at fault with the property.
