Landlord's excellent communication! The area is cosy and quiet and all neccessary sevices within the quarter. About 10 or more coffee bars / bakeries for morning coffee within 200m. The flat in very good condition and very tidy. In addition all neccessary household equipment including air con and indoor car parking. Highly recommended.
A small rattling noice, probably from ext air con unit?

We really enjoyed our stay! We are so thankful for the beautiful apartment and amenities. We had everything we needed. We appreciate the helpful tour and showing us around! Someone also went above and beyond to help us out, to make a special trip down and unlock the door for an emergency after we checked out. We were able to get our passport and on the plane just in time! The kindness of the hosts was amazing! The apartment was fantastic, clean, and huge.
