The location was literally perfect very well connected to London. The price is very convenient, the flat itself was nice and convenient, it had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. We were hesitant before booking because of some bad reviews but honestly the host is very attentive and the customer service were very helpful.

Location, staff was helpful and prompt to respond when issues raised.
9 am knock on door for a 10 am checkout. I had to jump out the shower to answer door to someone asking if I was checking out today. A reminder text would suffice.

Location
Bed was hard, pillow was hard and shower was lose, almost broken.
