Proximity to train station.
Navigating streets to/from train station and stairs into building with luggage.

Very new with modern furniture. Desk was nice although a second chair would be appreciated. Very convenient location from train station.
Hotel not convenient for the places we were scheduled to visit. Had to pay higher than usual Uber rates with long hair times due to transit strike. We missed our sightseeing tour of the city because getting to the checkin point was impossible (for me) by foot. Figuring out the electronic key system was confusing and time consuming.

Very nice and clean, great location
Unable to operate the air conditioning as the owner has it set that way, room fat to warm and uncomfortable unable to sleep at night
