Mauro & Rosella were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The premises were lovely and clean, with an excellent location and view. Plenty of places to eat. Great location for visiting the Pompei site and Vesuvius. Would stay here again.
The bed mattress could do with replacing as it sags in the middle.

First and foremost, it has an excellent location! It’s right next to the Piazza so there are plenty of shops and restaurants/cafes nearby. It is also a reasonable distance from the archaeological park. The family that owns the place is wonderful and sweet. They were very attentive to our needs and I am very grateful to them
The hotel is a renovated apartment so entry is untraditional. You have to get a code (that is given to you by the owner) to enter into the building. Once you are in the building, you get a key card and things get much easier.
There is no elevator. You need to be prepared to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs.
Breakfast is a voucher for two cafes downstairs. It’s not really worth it. Just got tot the cafe and order something.
