My daughter is a UCF student. It’s a small space, clean, friendly area. It has an outdoor safe, fenced in, small space area for a dog to enjoy. Clean place and comfortable bed which includes a pull out bed from couch. Friendly safe neighborhood 😊
The pull out couch does squeak which can be an easy fix. The pull out couch/bed was comfortable.

Convenient location
The sofa bed needs an upgrade as the mattress is very hard. Also the bathroom could use some work as the vanity is a little loose
