מיקום מעולה - ממש ליד המעבורת, האוטובוס, הפאבים והמסעדות. כמה דקות הליכה מהרכבל שעולה להר פיגרה. ממש מעל גשר ונחל. לא יכול להיות מיקום יותר טוב. הדירה יפה מאוד ואסתטית. מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך מכונת כביסה מעולה מיטה מאוד נוחה מטבח נהדר עם כל מה שצריך חוץ ממיקרוגל. יש טוסטר, יש כיריים חשמליות שלפעמים עושות בעיות. שתי מכולות מאוד קטנות שפתוחות בשעות מסוימות, צריך לשים לב. ימי שני בבוקר יש שוק נהדר ממש במרכז מאוד ממליצה למי שאין בעיות לטפס ולרדת מדרגות!!

חסר אור במטבח אין מיקרוגל 24 מדרגות לדירה ועוד 12 מדרגות בתוך הדירה. מי שסובל מברכיים או כל מיני בעיות ברגליים זה לא מומלץ. תקשורת עם בעלי הדירה לא כל כך טובה. מגיבים אחרי הרבה זמן. יש עבודות בנייה בבניין שצמוד. לפעמים התעוררתי מקדיחות ורעשים ולפעמים לא עבדו בכלל.

Die Lage war perfekt und echt zentral. Man hatte einen direkten Blick auf den Fluss und See.

Morgens war um 6/7 Uhr immer ein sehr ohrenbetäubender Lärm, der kurz anhielt, als würde jemand etwas umherrollen, was einen aus dem Schlaf gerissen hat. Sonst gab es kein Problem.

It wasn’t very clean. The bathroom had mold on the walls. Dust and hair on the top of the trash can. The faucet in the bathroom felt like it was going to fall off. In the kitchen there was an old dirty crusty rag and that was the only linens for the kitchen. There is no microwave in the kitchen. Basic things were not supplied (no coffee, no laundry detergent, no oil or salt and pepper to cook with). The owner speaks NO English. The place is very difficult to find. I submitted my arrival time through booking.com and there was no instruction for arrival and no one there. After not being able to even locate the property (we were driving) I called the owner who seemed surprised anyone was even checking in. Through very broken conversation he met me there. Only then was I able to locate the property. The parking that is provided is pretty far also. This place should not be rented to more than 2 people. It is WAY too small. When the sofa bed is made in the living room you cannot access the bathroom and the end of the bed is pretty close to the stairs also. The blanket for the sofa bed was disgusting with stains and rips everywhere
