The property is indeed located in a quiet beautiful neighbourhood in Ajax as described. My family loved the location, the property itself and how clean everything was. We were very comfortable at the property and the host was very responsive and helpful each time we needed to contact him - which was not very often. He even let us stay a little later than the check out time because we had a night flight and there was no other booking for that day. Shopping and places to eat are located within seven to ten minutes drive from the property into Ajax downtown, depending on where we wanted to shop or eat. Going to and from Toronto city was easy on the Go Transit from Ajax Go station located about seven minutes drive from the property.

Being picky, I would say there were a couple of toilet seats that were a bit wobbly but I'm sure these could easily be fixed and that's why I'm mentioning it.
