The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants in the area and ideal for exploring the Back Bay Area . The T green line is directly across the street.
The room was tiny , I did ask about a larger room but was told they are all tiny . It takes a little getting used to.

Fantastic location, can walk to Backbay shops and other great things in Boston. The spatious lounge was great for meeting people, working or hanging out before activities. It was more crowded and bigger than I expected. Easy walk to everything, including fenway park.
The restaurant closed on Friday evening at 10 p.m., other citizen hotels stay open for small bites in the evening and that was dissapointing after a long flight. I also had some challenges figuring out all the different switches in the room for blackout curtains, and the bathroom was quite small but that is the M

Clean, modern, located very well.
Small room, elevator works oddly and requires your room key, my floor button did not work. No kettle and no glass or mug in the room. Expensive.
